This website is operated by Glory Land Designs LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Glory Land Designs. Glory Land Designs offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Online Store Terms
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Products or services
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display/or phone will give an accurate color display. Product descriptions and pricing can change at any point, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Due to wood having inconsistent grain, no two items can be created exactly alike.
Personal Information
When you submit personal information through the store it is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Errors or omissions
From time to time we may have inaccurate information or overlooked omissions of a product, pricing, shipping, shipping times and or availability. Glory Land Designs reserves the right to correct those errors or omission at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order)
We are not obligated to update or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, which would include pricing, except as required by law.
At any point we may update the Terms of Service, at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping up to date of these changes. Your continued use of our website constitutes your agreement to any changes made to the Terms and Service.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround fluctuates depending on the size of your order. Please reach out if you have an order totaling over $300 for a correctly calculated turnaround time. Regular turnaround time is currently 5 to 10 business days. During the busy months of the holiday season TAT could be 10 to 14 business days.
Specialty ordered items for engraving TAT will always be listed specifically for the items.
Refund Policy
No refunds can be given after items have been used or worn. Please inspect your items thoroughly and make sure to follow proper care instructions.
The only time we will accept returns, send refunds or replacements is if your items arrive broken (pictures are required and can be emailed/text) or you receive items you did not order. We will not accept returns on custom orders. Please double check all custom options, spelling, colors, etc.… before checkout.
For any damaged products, reach out to us within 5 business days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund. If you are still able to use the damaged products, we will not issue a refund or send replacements.
Occasionally I offer clothing. Size charts are posted and can be found on my website so refunds will not be given for incorrect size but I will be happy to create a return label for you to send back any unworn piece of clothing (except for custom orders) in the wrong size and exchange for correct size, if the mistake is on my end.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Care Instructions for items
- Outside wood items are sealed but for longevity I recommend resealing once a year. I use Rost-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover Gloss Clear
- Avoid direct weather/rain with wood items
- Tees should be washed and dried on low inside out
- Do not iron.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
